Incentivize Completion of Breaks
Adding Breaks as a Once Per Day Special Activity will make it easy for employees to earn Wellable Points and easy for you to track completion. By including Breaks as a Special Activity, you will be able to generate a report to see who has submitted each event and when.
Install the Bright Breaks App on Microsoft Teams
For organizations using Microsoft Teams, employees can install the Bright Breaks app directly within Teams to play pre-recorded Breaks during any meeting. Once installed, employees can browse or search the on-demand library from within a meeting window and share a Break with all participants. Note that participants who are not logged into a Microsoft account or are joining from a web browser may not be able to view the content.
To install the app, employees should click Apps in Teams, search for Bright Breaks, and click Add. If your organization has restrictions on installing apps in Teams, or if SSO was configured for Bright Breaks before April 2025, your IT administrator may need to complete additional steps.
