Organizations can assign Recognition Funds to users, which can be used to acknowledge and celebrate their peers’ achievements.
To launch Recognitions, users must be assigned a Recognition fund. Users without funds will still be able to recognize individuals, but they will not have the option to assign a monetary value. You can assign funds in your Admin Account to any individual(s) with a Wellable Account.
Users recognize peers by selecting individuals from a predefined list within their organization, choosing the core company value(s) demonstrated, and optionally assigning a monetary value as part of the recognition. Once the recognition message is complete, it will be published for the entire organization to view.
To add this feature to your Wellable subscription at no additional cost, please contact your Customer Success Manager. A Rewards Addendum must be signed to activate this feature. Rewards will be billed monthly based on usage, and a deposit will be required before going live.
