Organizations have the option to determine Company Values that a user can select when recognizing a peer.
To add a Company Value, go to Rewards > Recognitions > Company Values in your Admin Account and enter the value(s). The value should be a noun instead of an adjective (e.g., “Collaboration” versus “Collaborative”). After entering your value(s), select Save.
