To assign Recognition funds to a user, go to Rewards > Recognitions > Assign Budget in your Admin Account. Enter the required information and select Assign.
To bulk assign Recognition funds to users, you will need to populate a Bulk Assign Funds Template before following the steps below. When filling out the Bulk Assign Funds Template, please note that all columns are required, and the spreadsheet cannot be altered in any way. In the template, Email Address (Username) must reflect a current Wellable User Account, and the amount should be submitted in US dollars. Recipients who receive funds from peers will redeem them in their local currency based on current exchange rates.
- Go to Rewards > Recognitions > Bulk Assign Funds in the Admin Account.
- Fill in the Description field. This is an internal label for reference and will not be visible to participants.
- Select Yes or No in the Send Email drop-down. This will determine if the users are sent an email notification that they received funds.
- Select Choose File under Upload File.
- Select Submit.
- Enter the Access Code, which will be sent to the email address associated with the Admin Account submitting the order. The Access Code is valid for 15 minutes.
- Select Confirm.
After you upload the file, the system either displays (i) a success message or (ii) a note asking you to correct the uploaded file. If the Bulk Assign Funds Template contains errors (e.g., an invalid username) or if the Recognitions Budget Limit is exceeded, the system does not process any orders. Instead, it emails the Admin Account with specific instructions on which orders in the file contain errors. Once you resolve all errors, the system successfully uploads the file.
