To get started with Clinical Event Verification, contact your Customer Success Manager. They will review the steps to add this to your program. Ongoing management will depend on your program type: Continuous Incentive Program or Traditional Challenges.
Ongoing Management in Continuous Incentive Program
When you copy the current month’s challenge by following the instructions provided in the Continuous Incentive Program Implementation Guide, keep the Clinical Events listed as Once Per Challenge Special Activities. Only update the Special Activities that are part of the Holistic theme for that month. This will let participants complete the Clinical Events at any time.
Clinical Events content on the Bulletin Board will copy over from the previous month’s Bulletin Board and does not require monthly editing.
Ongoing Management in Traditional Challenges
Including Clinical Events in Traditional Challenges requires additional steps to ensure that employees can access forms throughout the year. Each time you create a challenge from the challenge library, you will need to add Clinical Events to the challenge. This includes editing the challenge and editing the Bulletin Board. You will be able to copy this information from your In Between Challenge.
Editing the Challenge
Each challenge will need Special Activities enabled. You will add a Once Per Challenge Special Activity for each Clinical Event you offer. Your Customer Success Manager will provide you with the required naming convention and Verification Codes for each Clinical Event. Each Special Activity Name and Verification Code must match the exact naming convention to successfully upload. After you have made the necessary changes, select Update at the bottom of the page.
