Creating a custom challenge and crafting engaging communications can be tough. The Challenge Library makes running a variety of holistic, turnkey challenges designed by Wellable’s wellness specialists easy. Challenges from the Challenge Library include curated challenge communications, promotional materials, and motivating reward structures.
To launch a challenge from the Challenge Library, select Programs > Wellness Challenges > Add Challenge in your Admin Account. Peruse the dozens of turnkey challenges, and select Learn More to discover details about each one. When you are ready to create the challenge, select Add. You will be directed to a page where you will be asked to provide additional details on the program, including the information below.
Company is used to identify which organization the challenge being created will be associated with. If you only have one company associated with your Admin Account, this field will automatically populate with your company name. If there are multiple companies associated with your Admin Account, then please use the menu to select the company that the challenge will belong to.
This will default to the turnkey challenge you selected to create from the Challenge Library.
This field will auto-populate and include a combination of the company name and challenge name. You will be able to edit as necessary.
Some challenges can be formatted to allow users to compete as an individual or on a team. If the challenge allows for both of these options, you will see them in the drop-down menu. When selecting a team challenge, users are allowed to compete as an individual if they would not like to participate on a team. Please note that not all challenges allow both the individual format and the team format.
Depending on the challenge you select, you will see duration options (usually measured in weeks) in the drop-down menu. The duration you select will correlate to the amount of update emails that will populate in the Communications page when you create the challenge. If you do not see your desired duration for the challenge, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
This is the official launch date of the challenge. Based on the duration selected earlier, the end date will automatically populate. You will not be able to edit the end date in the Challenge Library feature, but you can edit it after it’s been created.
Once you have populated all the fields, select Add. In addition to creating the challenge, this will populate all associated challenge communications (emails and Bulletin Board) in your Admin Account. You will also see a pop-up window instructing you to check your inbox for an email from your Customer Success Manager. This email will contain the challenge-specific Implementation Guide and other instructions needed to finish setting up your challenge. If you do not see this email, please check junk and spam folders. If you still have issues finding the email, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
