Incentivize Completion of Clinical Events Verification
Adding each Clinical Event as a Once Per Challenge Special Activity will make it easy for employees to earn Wellable Points and easy for you to track completion. By including Clinical Events as a Special Activity, you will be able to generate a report to see who has submitted each event, and when.
Make Clinical Events Available All Year
Clinical Events are easiest to implement, manage, and track when you include them in the Continuous Incentive Program. Special Activities and Bulletin Board content copy over each month, resulting in minimal recurring admin work.
If you run Traditional Challenges, you will need to add Clinical Events to the In Between Challenge and for each unique challenge you run throughout the year. When creating a new Challenge, copy the Clinical Event Special Activities from the Primary Challenge and add them to your new Challenge using the exact same naming convention and verification codes. You will also need to copy the Bulletin Board content from the Primary Challenge to the new challenge. These steps are in place to ensure participants have access to upload Clinical Verification forms at any point and that reporting is available for the program’s Admin.
Tracking Completion
You can track Clinical Event submission by requesting a Special Activity report for a specific time period throughout the year. This report will show who has submitted each Clinical Event throughout a given time period.
Resetting Data
Users can submit each Clinical Event once. If you want to make Clinical Events available at the beginning of each year or for a set time period, ask your Customer Success Manager to reset the data. Before requesting a data reset, be sure to save all necessary reporting to your computer.
