To request a report, go to Analytics > Reports in your Admin Account and select the Report Type you would like to generate. The required pieces of information for each report will appear, and once these pieces of information have been answered, select Submit.
If the challenge that you are requesting a report is not an option, this means that there are no users in that challenge. This could be because users have been already moved to a new challenge (i.e. the In Between Challenge).
To request a Standard or Special Activity Report for a challenge that has no users, one of the following options will need to be completed.
- Select the Challenge that currently has users, and adjust the date range to reflect the dates of the challenge you would like the report to contain.
- Move users back into the challenge you would like to request a report for, and then follow the instructions previously mentioned.
The requested report will be exported to Microsoft Excel and sent to the email address of the Admin Account requesting the report. Depending on the size of the report, this process may take a few minutes.
