To move all User Accounts from one challenge to another, follow the instructions below.
- Go to Users > Bulk Edit > Move Users in the Admin Account.
- Make sure Move All is turned on.
- Select the Challenge you want to move User Accounts from.
- Select the Destination Challenge you want to move User Accounts to.
- Select Submit.
- Select Yes to mark the Destination Challenge as Primary when prompted.
To move multiple User Accounts in bulk, you will need to populate a Move Users Template prior to following the steps below. The only piece of information you will need is the Email address (Username) of the User Accounts you would like to move. Please note the spreadsheet must not be altered (columns/rows added or deleted) in any way. All users that are being moved must currently have User Accounts in Wellable. To easily populate the Move Users Template, request a User Profile Report for the Challenge(s) that the Users are currently in.
- Go to Users > Bulk Edit > Move Users in the Admin Account.
- Turn off Move All.
- Select the Destination Challenge you want to move User Accounts to.
- Select Choose File under Upload File.
- Choose the completed Move Users Template, which includes the information of the User Accounts you want to move to the selected Challenge.
- Select Upload.
- If applicable, select Yes to mark the Destination Challenge as Primary when prompted.
Once the file is uploaded, which may take a few minutes depending on the number of users in the file, you will be notified of the number of User Accounts moved and which ones, if any, were not moved. When User Accounts are not moved it is most often due to an entry in the Move Users Template that is not an existing user in Wellable.
