There can only be one Primary Challenge per company. If you are utilizing a Sign Up Page or Single Sign-On (SSO) to create User Accounts, all newly created User Accounts will be added to the Primary Challenge. In order to make the Primary Challenge easily identified in lists, it will be labeled as such when taking actions that require a challenge to be selected (e.g., scheduling an email to be sent).
To designate a challenge as a Primary Challenge, select the Edit icon under the Actions column on the same row of the challenge that you would like to update. You will be directed to the Edit Challenge page for the respective challenge. Under Challenge Features, toggle the “Primary Challenge” on. To apply this change, select Update at the bottom of the Edit Challenge page.
