If the default self-selection method isn’t the right choice for your organization or the particular challenge, and you chose an alternative way to create teams, you will need to assign teams to users participating in the challenge. This can be done in bulk through the Update Users feature.
To update a single user’s team, select Users in the Admin Account and then select the Edit icon under the Actions column on the same row of the user you would like to update. After selecting or creating the team you want to assign the user to, select Update at the bottom of the Edit User page.
