The Challenge Dashboard provides valuable insights into program engagement and performance. To support tracking engagement and other key statistics over time, The Dashboard Comparison presents many of the data options available in a Challenge Dashboard for multiple dashboards into a single view.
Below is a summary of the information available in Challenge Dashboards. All data shown reflects the date range selected for the dashboard. In a Dashboard Comparison, each column displays data from its corresponding archived dashboard.

If the age distribution at your organization is different from the age engagement in the designated program, this is an area to explore further to better understand how to achieve an optimal mix of participants in your wellness program. For example, if an employee population is split equally between age categories 35-44 and 45-54 but the Engagement By Age shows that 75% of Active Users are 35-44, it will be important to consider why employees in the 45-54 category are disproportionately under-participating.
Engagement By Gender
Engagement By Gender provides the percentage of Active Users by gender category. It also breaks down each gender category by age category. If the gender distribution at your organization is different from the gender engagement in the designated program, this is an area to explore further to better understand how to achieve an optimal mix of gender engagement in your wellness program. For example, if an employee population is split equally between males and females but the Engagement By Gender shows that 75% of Active Users are female, it will be important to consider why males in a program are disproportionately under-participating.
