Through a Sign Up Page specific to your organization, employees will be able to create their own accounts on-demand. You will simply need to direct employees to a unique website to complete the registration process. The Sign Up Page will automatically add Users to whichever challenge is marked as the Primary Challenge within the Admin Account.
A Sign Up Page should be promoted internally to encourage program participation. Wellable recommends adding the Sign Up Page to resources used to generate awareness for an upcoming program, such as emails that will be sent to employees from internal company email addresses (not from Wellable Admin Accounts). These internal announcement emails can be created from scratch or adapted from one of Wellable’s themed challenge announcements or Wellable’s generic template. Additionally, the Sign Up Page can be promoted in other resources like challenge flyers, intranet postings, and any other mode of communication and promotion.
