The Admin Account will provide you with access to everything you need to administer a Wellable program, including the ability to create challenges, pull on-demand reports, manage participants, and more.
If you do not have an Admin Account and would like one created for you, please contact your Customer Success Manager. When your Customer Success Manager grants Admin Account access, you will receive a “Welcome To Your Wellable Admin Account” email from admin@wellable.co. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact your Customer Success Manager. The email will contain your username, which will likely be your work email address, a temporary password, and instructions for accessing your Admin Account.
If you would like to extend Admin Account access to other individuals in your organization, please contact your Customer Success Manager with the first name, last name, email address, and time zone of individuals you would like to be granted an Admin Account.
