The Admin Account will provide you with access to everything you need to administer a Wellable program, including the ability to create challenges, pull on-demand reports, manage participants, and more.
First Time Access
If signing in to an Admin Account for the first time, please reference the “Welcome To Your Wellable Admin Account” email you should have received from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact your Customer Success Manager. Enter the username, which will likely be your work email address, and temporary password provided in the email on the Admin Sign In Page to access your Admin Account.
Visit the Admin Sign In Page to access your Admin Account. Signing in will require an Admin Account username and password. Your username will likely be your work email address. If you do not recall your username, contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance. If you cannot recall your password, you can receive a new, temporary password via email by selecting Forgot Password on the sign in page. You will need your username to reset your password.
