To clarify, posting your SMART Goal in Wellable is not required. If you want to put it in Wellable, that is not an option. Ideally, a participant would physically write it down and put it somewhere that will serve as a reminder for what they are trying to achieve. For example, I find writing my goal on a post-it note and putting it on my mirror is perfect. I see it first thing in the morning, and it serves as a north star for I should be headed.
Having multiple goals is not a bad thing, but it is important to avoid setting too many goals. That is, more goals does not equal more progress, so it is important to favor quality over quantity.
