Breaks provide employees with short, live wellness breaks, including stretching, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and other micro-sessions to join throughout the workday. Employees can access hundreds of live sessions per week, plus an on-demand library of 1,000+ recorded videos. Each lasts approximately seven minutes.
Users can opt in to Daily Breaks, which delivers a personalized break recommendation each day via email based on their availability and preferences. If Users connect their Google or Outlook calendar, the Daily Break feature will automatically identify open time in their schedule and recommend a break during those gaps. Users can configure their break preferences, preferred times, and calendar connection through their account settings.
