If you cannot recall your Wellable User Account password, you can reset it by selecting Forgot Password on the Sign In Page or by clicking here. Doing so will send a new, temporary password via email to the username (email address) associated with your User Account. After signing in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password to something unique and known only to you.
If your password has been reset multiple times, the only password that will remain valid is the last temporary password that was provided. If you are still having difficulty signing in, reset your password one more time and use that temporary password to access your User Account. Passwords are case sensitive, so we recommend copying and pasting the temporary password to avoid any transcription errors.
