Steps and distance traveled by walking, running, or cycling as well as various fitness activities like yoga, aerobics, or weight lifting can be manually entered through the Physical Activity feature on the User Account Dashboard page. The Physical Activity feature should be used to log physical activity that is not being tracked by an app or device. Wellable points will be earned based on the number of exercise minutes you engage in. Essentially, the longer you exercise, the more Wellable points you will earn! To log physical activity directly in your User Account, follow the easy instructions below.
- Sign in to your User Account.
- Go to Dashboard.
- Select Physical Activity.
If your Wellable program allows for manual entry and you are entering steps directly in your User Account Dashboard via the Physical Activity feature to supplement what an app or device is syncing, you will need to enter the total number of steps for the day, not just the supplemental step count. For example, if your app or device synced 7,000 steps and you walked another 2,000 steps while the app or device was not with you, you would need to manually log a single entry of 9,000 steps to receive Wellable Points for your day’s total steps. By manually entering 2,000 steps, you would only receive Wellable Points for the 7,000-step app or device entry since this is the highest of the two step entries for the day.
Please note that not all Wellable programs are designed to include the Physical Activity feature. If this is an available feature in your program, the Physical Activity button will be available at the top of the Dashboard page in your User Account.
