Depending on where you are in the challenge implementation process, there are two different ways to update the Date Range of an existing challenge. The instructions below are designed for challenges created from the Challenge Library. If you are trying to edit the Date Range for a custom challenge you created, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
Wellness Challenge / Communications Have Not Yet Been Edited
The best way to update the Date Range of a challenge that was created from the Challenge Library and has not yet been edited is to create a new challenge from the Challenge Library.
Once User Accounts have been moved to the new challenge with the revised Date Range, delete the old challenge. Pro tip: make sure the Users column displays "0" next to the challenge you wish to delete to ensure all users have been moved to the newly created challenge. Deleting a challenge will delete any associated User Accounts.
Wellness Challenge / Communications Have Already Been Edited
The best way to update the Date Range of a challenge that has already been customized is to edit the existing challenge.
- Go to Programs > Wellness Challenges.
- Select the Edit icon next to the name of the challenge that you would like to modify.
- Edit the Date Range.
- Select Update.
Once the challenge Date Range has been updated, you will need to update the Report Date Range of all email communications associated with the challenge.
- Go to Communications > Email.
- Select Edit next to the name of the email that you would like to modify.
- Edit the Report Date Range.
- Select Save or Schedule.
