Since Wellable syncs MyFitnessPal nutrition data from either the Runkeeper app, the Fitbit app, or S Health, not the MyFitnessPal app itself, please follow one of the three steps below to confirm that your MyFitnessPal app is syncing nutrition data to Runkeeper, Fitbit, or S Health.
Runkeeper
- Sign into your Runkeeper account in a web browser.
- Check the FitnessFeed for the MyFitnessPal nutrition data currently missing from your Wellable User Account. This data will be reported in the form of calories and the meal or snack it was originally logged as in the MyFitnessPal app.
If the nutrition data in the FitnessFeed section of Runkeeper reflects the nutrition data logged in your MyFitnessPal app, open a new window in the same web browser, sign in to your Wellable User Account, and see if the previously missing nutrition data now appears in Wellable.
If you do not see MyFitnessPal nutrition data in the FitnessFeed section of Runkeeper, please visit the Runkeeper Help Center for further assistance.
Fitbit
- Sign in to your Fitbit account in a web browser.
- Check the Food section of the Log page for the MyFitnessPal nutrition data currently missing from your Wellable User Account.
If the nutrition data from in the Food section of the Log page of Fitbit reflects the nutrition data logged in your MyFitnessPal app, open a new window in the same web browser, sign in to your Wellable User Account, and see if the previously missing nutrition data now appears in Wellable.
If you do not see MyFitnessPal nutrition data in the Food section of the Log page in Fitbit, please visit the Fitbit Help Center for further assistance.
S Health (For Android)
- Open S Health.
- Select Me and check the Food section for the MyFitnessPal nutrition data currently missing from your Wellable User Account .
If the nutrition data from in the Food section of S Health reflects the nutrition data logged in your MyFitnessPal app, open a web browser window, sign in to your Wellable User Account, and see if the previously missing nutrition data now appears in Wellable.
If you do not see MyFitnessPal nutrition data in the Food section of the S Health app, please visit follow the steps below.
- Open the MyFitnessPal app and select More > Apps & Devices.
- Disconnect the Samsung Health integration.
- Uninstall and reinstall the MyFitnessPal app on your mobile phone.
