If Misfit data is missing in your Wellable User Account, please follow these Misfit Support Center instructions to sync your device to the Misfit app. If you see the data missing from your Wellable User Account in your Misfit account, ensure Misfit is connected to Wellable by following the steps below.
- Sign in to your Wellable User Account.
- Go to the Connections
- Select Connected below Misfit.
- Select Disconnect > Disconnect.
- Select Connect to reconnect Misfit to your Wellable User Account.
- Follow the prompts and enter your Misfit app credentials. This will be your username and password for Misfit, which may be different from the username and password for your Wellable User Account.
