If you have been awarded zero Wellable Points for MapMyFitness activity data in your Wellable User Account, you may have already reached the daily Wellable Point maximum for activity.
Another reason why some MapMyFitness activity data might be awarded zero Wellable Points is because of a feature Wellable has in place to avoid double counting (earning Wellable Points twice for a single activity). If multiple apps or devices that sync step data are connected to your Wellable User Account, and one step-based activity is synced by two different apps or devices on the same day, Wellable Points will only be awarded to the highest tracked step count. For example, if you have a MapMyFitness Dashboard entry of 5,000 steps, and a Fitbit Dashboard entry of 6,000 steps on the same day, the 6,000-step entry would be awarded Wellable Points. The 5,000-step MapMyFitness entry would receive zero Wellable Points. Generally speaking, the best way to avoid double counting is to make sure you are not tracking a single activity in multiple ways.
If you are manually entering activity in MapMyFitness and have been awarded zero Wellable Points for an activity log, your program may not be designed to award Wellable Points for manually entered activity.
