Since Wellable syncs Lose It! nutrition data through the Runkeeper app, not the Lose It! app itself, please follow the steps below to confirm that your Lose It! app is syncing nutrition data to Runkeeper.
- Sign in to your Runkeeper account in a web browser.
- Check the FitnessFeed for the Lose It! nutrition data currently missing from your Wellable User Account. This data will be reported in the form of calories and the meal or snack it was originally logged as in the Lose It! app.
If the nutrition data in the FitnessFeed section of Runkeeper reflects the nutrition data logged in your Lose It! app, open a new window in the same web browser, sign in to your Wellable User Account, and see if the previously missing nutrition data now appears in Wellable.
