Lose It! allows you to use your smartphone to track nutrition by logging meals and snacks. If your Wellable program allows for nutrition tracking, you can use Lose It! to log meals and snacks and earn Wellable Points. You can earn Wellable Points by logging up to three meals and one snack per day.
In order to sync nutrition data from Lose It! to your Wellable User Account, you must connect the Lose It! app to the Runkeeper app. Please note that the Lose It! app requires you to purchase a premium membership in order to connect directly with Runkeeper. If you'd like to avoid paying for an app to track nutrition, we recommend the app FatSecret, as this app connects directly with your Wellable User Account.
