Follow the instructions below to connect Apple Health to your Wellable User Account. You will need to sign in to Wellable to connect Apple Health, and if Apple Health is not available for use in your Wellable program, the option will be grayed out. To connect Apple Health to Wellable, you must first download the Wellable app for iPhone and then follow the steps below.
- Open the Wellable app, enter your Wellable User Account username and password, and select Sign In.
- Go to the Navigation menu (select the three parallel bars at the top left of the screen).
- Select Connections.
- Select Apple Health.
- Select Connect.
- When prompted, select Turn All Categories On to allow the Wellable app to access health data and keep track of activity.
- Select Allow.
Once you have successfully connected Apple Health to your Wellable User Account, you will be able to view the most recent sync time and date, along with options to Sync and View Data. If you have recently tracked Apple Health activity, this data will appear in your Wellable User Account.
To allow Wellable to auto-sync Apple Health data, push notifications must be turned on and you must be signed in to the Wellable app. Sync attempts will not be successful if these conditions are not met. To confirm push notifications are turned on, please go into your iPhone settings and turn on Allow Notifications for Wellable. Once this has been confirmed, you will receive a push notification confirming a successful sync on the first sync of a given day. After you've received the push notification for the initial sync, the Wellable app should auto-sync every four hours.
