If the activity seen on your wearable device is not in your User Account, it most likely means that the wearable device activity data has not synced with the wearable device app on your phone. Wellable syncs data from the wearable device app, not the device itself. For example, the Fitbit data in a Wellable User Account syncs from the Fitbit app, not the Fitbit device. Activity seen on your wearable device may not appear in your User Account if your wearable device has not yet synced with the wearable device app. Depending on your wearable device app settings, the wearable device will sync with the wearable device app periodically throughout the day or may need to be done manually. Most wearable devices automatically sync data with the wearable device app when the app is opened.
To confirm that your wearable device is synced with the wearable device app on your phone, please follow the steps below.
- Open your wearable device app on your phone and make sure the activity on the wearable device matches the activity in the app.
- Once you have confirmed the wearable device has synced to the wearable device app, sign in to your Wellable User Account and confirm the wearable device app is connected to Wellable on the Connections page.
- Confirm that activity data in your Wellable User Account is up to date.
