If you have been awarded zero Wellable Points for Runkeeper activity data in your Wellable User Account, you may have already reached the daily Wellable Point maximum for activity.
If you are manually entering activity in Runkeeper and have been awarded zero Wellable Points for an activity log, your program may not be designed to award Wellable Points for manually entered activity.
If you are using Runkeeper to sync nutrition data tracked by MyFitnessPal or Lose It! and have been awarded zero Wellable Points for a meal or snack log, you may have already reached the daily Wellable Point maximum for nutrition, or your program may not be designed to include the nutrition tracking feature.
