Disconnecting Health Mate

To disconnect Health Mate from your Wellable User Account, follow the instructions below.

  1. Sign in to your Wellable User Account.
  2. Go to the Connections.
  3. Select Connected below Health Mate.
  4. Select Disconnect > Disconnect.
