Some mobile apps allow for the manual entry of non-step/distance activity. If you are not using an app or wearable device to track a specific, verified activity (e.g., cycling, yoga, weightlifting), you can add activity directly in the app if it is one that allows for manually entered data. Apps that are capable of syncing manually entered activity data to your User Account include Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, Health Mate, MapMyFitness, Runkeeper, and Strava.
Please note that not all Wellable programs are designed to award Wellable Points for manually tracked activity. If this is an available feature in your program, Wellable Points will be awarded for manually tracked activity.
