A common way to determine program winners is based on the amount of Wellable Points earned during a challenge or specific period. Before the launch of the program, determine the number of individuals that will win rewards. For example, the top three individuals that earn the most Wellable Points by the end of the program can be named the winners and earn rewards.
The reward can be of the same value for each winner, or the value can reflect the rank of the individual (e.g., winners can receive $75, $50, or $25 for ranking 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, respectively).
Determining winners based on Wellable Points earned can also be applied to team-based program. Participants on the team(s) who have the highest average number of Wellable Points can win rewards.
All challenges created from the Challenge Library will include an Implementation Guide, which will include a recommended reward structure as well as instructions on how to select the winners.
