Prior to the launch of a challenge and after teams have been established, teams should be assigned to users participating in the challenge, which can be done in bulk through the Update Users feature.
To update a single user’s team, select Users in the Admin Account and then select the Edit icon under the Actions column on the same row of the user you would like to update. After selecting or creating the team you want to assign the user to, select Update at the bottom of the Edit User page.
