To stop a User from receiving email communications sent through Wellable, select Users in the Admin Account and select Edit in the row of the User you would like to unsubscribe. On the Edit User page, change the Email Subscription setting to No and select Update to unsubscribe the User. To add a User back to the email distribution list, update the Email Subscription setting to Yes for the associated User.
By unsubscribing a User, this will prevent them from receiving the email communications from Wellable, even if they are part of a list (e.g., All Users) scheduled to receive an email. This allows the User’s account to remain active without having the account and associated data deleted or having the User receive emails.
