There are five on-demand reports that can be exported to Microsoft Excel and sent to the email address of the Admin Account requesting the report. Each report requires certain pieces of information to customize the data generated.
Personal Wellness Assessment
The Personal Wellness Assessment report provides a list of all User Accounts associated with a Company and information about their participation in the Personal Wellness Assessment, including status, number of questions answered, and which questions were answered. The report can be pulled for the current or previous versions.
Rewards
The Rewards report provides a list of Rewards Wallet information associated with each User Account within a Company. There are two types of Rewards Wallet reports:
- The Summary report lists the total amount of funds Rewarded, Redeemed, and Canceled for every User Account, as well as users’ current Rewards Wallet balances.
- The Transactions report lists the details of each transaction for every User Account in the requested date range.
Rewards reports include Rewards data for deleted Users; in this instance, a deleted User’s Username is displayed, and First Name and Last Name are shown as “NA.”
Standard
The Standard report provides a detailed table of every User Account in a challenge along with certain pieces of profile information (e.g., Username, Gender, Team, etc.) as well as which apps each user has connected, their activity levels for the requested Date Range, and the number of Wellable Points they have earned. The list of Users are ranked in the report based on their number of Wellable Points for the requested Date Range.
Special Activity
The Special Activity report provides a list of all Special Activities logged by users in a challenge for a given Date Range. The report provides the Username, First Name, and Last Name for every Special Activity as well as the date when the Special Activity was logged. Special Activities are presented in chronological order.
User Profile
The User Profile report provides a list of all User Accounts in a challenge and their profile information (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Username, Team, Organization, etc.). Height and Weight are excluded from the User Profile report.
