To log Special Activities for User Accounts by uploading a file of completed Special Activities, you will need to populate a Log Special Activities Template prior to following the steps below. When filling out the Log Special Activities Template, please note that all columns are required information and the spreadsheet must not the altered (columns/rows added or deleted) in any way.
- Go to Users > Bulk Edit > Log Special Activity in the Admin Account.
- Select Choose File under Upload File.
- Choose the completed Log Special Activities Template, which includes the information of the Special Activities you want uploaded.
- Select Upload.
Once the file is uploaded, you will be notified of the number of Special Activities uploaded. If any Special Activities are not properly entered in the Log Special Activities Template file (e.g., date with a missing year or fractional Wellable Points), none of the Special Activities will be uploaded. Rather, the Admin Account will receive an email with specific instructions on which Special Activities in the file are not properly entered. Once all errors are resolved, the file will be able to be successfully uploaded.
