Effective communications are a precursor to successful employee wellness programs, which is why the Admin Account has multiple communication options to facilitate timely, relevant, and useful information to Users. The two primary communication options are (i) Email and (ii) Bulletin Board, both of which are accessible from the Communications menu in your Admin Account.
Both Email and Bulletin Board will allow you to deliver individualized information to Users through Personalization Tokens, which are smart tags that automatically direct Wellable to insert information specific to a User in communications. For example, when you indicate that you would like to use the first name Personalization Token in an email, Wellable will look into the user record, pull the value in that property, and populate it in an email where you designate.
