After becoming an official member of the Wellable family, you will be introduced to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. They will begin the implementation process for you, which is designed to help build a successful wellness program. Prior to meeting with your Customer Success Manager, implementation begins with an online training. The online training provides key information about Wellable’s capabilities, outlines required items to customize your organization’s experience, and a survey to help your Customer Success Manager learn about your organizational wellness goals, company culture, and what you are looking to achieve by partnering with Wellable.
