To save or activate a Milestone, the following fields are required.
Milestone Name
Milestone Name is used to identify the Milestone in your Admin Account and will only be seen by you or other authorized reward senders with an Admin Account.
Amount (USD)
Amount is used to determine the reward that will be sent to each recipient on the date associated with the Milestone. The maximum is $2,000. You can choose a (i) Fixed or a (ii) Variable amount associated with the Milestone. A Fixed amount distributes the same reward to each recipient. A Variable amount distributes different reward values to recipients (e.g., a higher reward for a 5-year work anniversary Milestone).
Time
Time is used to determine when the recipient will receive their reward on their date associated with the Milestone.
Send Email
Send Email is used to determine if recipients will receive an email notification on their date associated with the Milestone.
Message
If Send Email is marked Yes, Message is used for a 300-character or less note that will be included in the email received by the recipient.
