To resend a reward that has already been sent to a user but has not been redeemed, go to Rewards in your Admin Account and then select the Resend icon under the Actions column on the same row of the user that needs their reward resent to them. You will need to confirm the action and enter the six-digit multifactor Access Code. The Access Code will be sent to the email address associated with the Admin Account submitting the order. The Access Code is valid for 15 minutes.
