Insert Hyperlinks / Accessing Instructions
To ensure Users have enough information to take the next steps to utilize a benefit, include hyperlinks to resources that will help Users to learn more about the benefit as well as provide instructions on how to access it.
Strategically Order Benefits
Unless adjusted (by dragging and dropping), benefits will be presented in the order in which they were added. Pay particular attention to the order benefits are shown, making sure they align with your goals. These objectives may vary from organization to organization. For example, some organizations prefer to showcase underutilized benefits while others may prefer to highlight the most popular benefits.
Quality Titles And Descriptions
The Title of a benefit should be descriptive enough for a User to have a general understanding of what the benefit is or compelling enough for them to want to learn more. It may be as simple as “Health Insurance” or “Gym Reimbursement” or more ambiguous (but intriguing) like “Lifestyle Spending Account”. The Description should be a concise and informative overview of the benefit, including how to learn more about and access the benefit.
